Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
